Sleep easy with this great formula! Designed as a relaxing remedy for nervous tension with a sedative effect to calm the heart, soothe the mind, relax muscles, stop irritability, and palpitations. Organically grown Ingredients: Immature Fruit of Bitter Orange, Akashiba (Red Reishi ), Bai He (Lily bulb), Tilia Linden, Yellow Gentian Root, Schisandra Fruit, and Valerian Root. (40% alcohol content)

Do not use with sulfonamides

Directions:
Take 1-3 dropperfuls (10-30 drops) 1-3 times a day, depending on severity of symptoms you are trying to treat.

To avoid the alcohol, evaporate it...
If don't want to ingest alcohol, place your dosage into boiling water or tea, remove from the stove and let it sit for 5 minutes or so: The alcohol will evaporate rapidly, and you will be left with only the herbal extraction.
