My experience with the Capsule-It and Tumeric powder that I purchased from herbaffair has been amazing. the Capsule-It made making my own supplements so easy and the Tumeric powder with black pepper has made a 3 year old lingering shoulder pain disappear after only 3 weeks of taking this supplement. Which is awesome because the two cortisone shots that I went to the doctors office to get, helped for awhile but the pain would always be there and if I moved to fast or in the wrong way it would always take days to calm back down. I have used Turmeric in different ways prior to ordering this product. I make Turmeric capsules with the powder. I really like that it is already mixed with pepper (for better absorption). I highly recommend this product for overall health and wellness.

I bought the Turmeric to help my joints. Previous brand name purchases of this had upset my stomach. This one did not. I used the Capsule-It and put it in 00 capsules — now I take two every day. High quality product.
