International Shipping

Don't live in the US...don't worry, we will still ship your package to your doorstep. Below you will find answers to questions you may have about international shipping. If you don't find your answer below, please email us or call us at 866-445-9040 and we will be happy to help you out.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping is calculated based on the overall weight of your package, so it will be different depending on what you are ordering.

How to Calculate Shipping Costs

To find out exactly how much your shipping will cost is very easy. Simply add all of the products you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and click on the button "Estimate Shipping & Tax". You will see a box appear like the one below:

Do You Ship To My Country?

We ship to most countries around the world, however, there are a few that we are unable to ship to. Unfortunately, we cannot ship any orders to the following countries:

  • Cuba, Germany, Iran, North Korea, South Africa, Sudan and Syria

We do ship to Military addresses (APO, AE, etc.) no matter where they are.

How Long Does It Take For My Package To Arrive?

The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on the shipping speed you choose. It also varies by which country the package is being sent to.

USPS First Class Mail International

This service takes anywhere from 7-21 days for the package to arrive, although USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times with this service. USPS First Class Mail International has limited tracking available, so you may not be able to track it once it leaves our facility in Chicago.

Tracking is available for the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain and Switzerland.

USPS Priority Mail International

This service takes between 6-10 business days for the package to arrive. Tracking is available with this service, so you will be able to track your package to your destination with the tracking number.

USPS Priority Mail Express International

This service takes between 3-5 business days for the package to arrive. Tracking is available with this service, so you will be able to track your package to your destination with the tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

In some cases, your package may get stopped and inspected at the border of your country by Customs officials. This is usually a quick and easy process, however, it may delay your package arriving. If the Customs officials decide that your package can't enter your country, it will be shipped back to us. If this happens, we will issue you a full refund minus shipping and return shipping costs when we receive it back.

Depending on the country and what you are ordering, your government may charge you duties and taxes when the package enters your country. These fees are not included in the cost of shipping the package to you, and are your responsibility to pay. If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes charge when accepting the package, it will be sent back to us and we will issue you a full refund of your order minus shipping and return shipping costs. 

If you are unsure if your country charges these fees, it is best to check the laws of your country before ordering.

Note: We will not put a low amount on your invoice total to avoid duties and taxes. While we love pleasing our customers, we are required by law to include the full value of the merchandise being shipped.

Are Certain Products Not Allowed In My Country?

Due to the restrictions by the Federal Aviation Association (FAA) we are unable to ship our Essential Oils internationally. Most countries accept all of our other products, however, there are too many countries around the world with laws that change regularly for us to keep up all of them.

It is your responsibility to make sure that the products you purchase from us are allowed in your country before you order. If your package gets stopped by customs and returned to us, we will give you a full refund minus the shipping costs. If you package is seized and destroyed by Customs, we are unable to refund your order, unfortunately.
