We try our best to make sure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase, but we know that is not always the case. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we will happily accept it back. You can either return it free of charge or exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value.
*Free returns and exchanges are only applicable within the United States. Unfortunately we cannot offer them internationally.
Unfortunately, if the seals have been broken on the products you purchased, we cannot accept a return. We offer all of our products in low quantities, so if you are unsure if you will like the product we recommend purchasing a small quantity to try it out.
A lot of companies charge their customers a restocking fee to discourage them from returning their products. We think that is a really unfair practice, so we will never charge you a restocking fee on your returns.
1. Contact our Customer Support Team by phone, email or live chat. They will provide you with a return label to use.
2. Print out your return label and place it on the return package. Please make sure you pack the products safely in your return package so they don't get damaged in transit.
3. Give the package to your local USPS mail carrier or drop it off at any USPS location.
4. We will notify you once your return has been processed. This usually takes between 48-72 hours after we receive the product.
Unfortunately, due to shipping costs and customs fees it is usually not cost effective to return a product from outside the United States. If you would like to return a product from outside the United States please contact our Customer Support Team.
