We love the smell and taste. We make capsules too. I plan to use a little of the powder to create pink butter cream frosting instead of using toxic dye. We've bought it twice and will buy again.

I have not used it yet. The other supplements I want before I get started are on b/o. For a first time user this is disappointing. I am out of my supplements since I cx’d my subscription to my prior supplier. I am looking forward to making my supplements. Very soon hopefully.
I have not had a chance to make my supplements using beet root powder. I have taken beet root supplements in the past. I am looking forward to making my own and saving money plus no added fillers. I do wish I could purchase time release capsules from Herb Affair.

I heard that beets can help with blood pressure, ever since a traumatic surgery my blood pressure soars when I have a doctors appointment, otherwise its normal. I just cant handle the taste of a beet, even in juice, so I decided to make beet filled capsules. The last time I was at the doctors she got a normal reading. That's amazing.
The powder and the capsule kit gave me the opportunity to actually try beet powder. With the loose powder I can adjust my dosage and I have the ability to mix it into anything. I would recommend this and have to everyone.

I figured out how to break the clumps up to put in the capsules. I just add them to my mortar and pestle and it is a fine powder to add to my capsules. Also reading the comments, I am looking forward to adding some to my soups.
