Everything is good, like what I have received

I placed my order on Aug 14th and it said it would ship the next day. They took the payment out the day I ordered but it is Aug 29th and they still have not fulfilled my order.

I place the an order last year, when I finally pulled them out to use I realized I had a bag of bodies with no tops. I wrote to customer service who is manned either by AI or a Junior high school student asking to buy a bag of tops because they don't sell them separately on the web site. And this is how they responded

How difficult is it to resolve this?. Sell me a bag of tops.

We’re unable to find any recent orders under your email address, and without the order number, we can’t determine which order this issue is related to or whether it falls within our return/replacement window.

It is always like this when trying to deal with customer service. They are so stupid I will never buy anything from them again

The capsule filling machine will pay for itself in short order. If you are unsure how to use the machine after reading the instructions, there are some YouTube videos that will show you how.
