Yes, every batch of mushrooms is tested for both Beta-Glucans and Alpha-Glucans. When it comes to mushrooms, it is important to find one that has a high level of beta-glucans and low levels of alpha-glucans because the majority of bio-active properties of medicinal mushrooms are credited to beta-glucans.
While the percentages do change from batch to batch, our mushrooms consistently contain around 20% or higher beta-glucans, and less than 2% alpha glucans, assuring that you are getting the most benefits possible with our mushrooms.
I am very pleased with the overall purchase experience, yet I was disappointed with the technology or quality of the resealable top packaging. Hopefully, they will find a better vendor that can fix this issue, in that their actual product quality seems very good so far.

Love the Lions Mane! I feel that it has helped me with staying focused and with my pain. I also bought tumeric as well which I believe is helping with my pain.
I started on Lion's Mane as soon as it was delivered. I used the "Size 1" capsule and filled them with nothing else. I started out with 1 in the morning. I have found that I am less forgetful and more focused thank you HERB AFFAIR. Going to go up to "Size 00" next month. Great stuff..

Herb Affair Organic Lion's Mane is the best tasting I have found. I am not even putting it in capsules now. It goes straight into my smoothies and adds a nice earthy flavor! Love it!
Love how it all works as I have purchased other from Herb Affair and they all work wonderful, but I do wish there was a better way to calculate the amount for each capsule size, I know that you have set up a size chart but it doesn't explain the amount that needs to go into each capsule to get the optimal dose. Herb Affair is truly a class outfit!I had a lot of questions and they had a lot of sincere, patient, and knowledgeable answers.
