I placed an order for the cap and the body for size zero veggie caps. I only received the cap, no body. I made a claim and I received the complete order, body and cap. I still have the bag of caps. they need the bodies. Should I throw the caps in the garbage? Send them back? I just feel like some wires are crossed. And it's such a waste.

YouTube video is far more helpful than the paper instructions. Once I figured the machine out, I made 300 capsules in about a half hour. High quality, very Happy overall.
I am averaging 96% success. I think results could be almost 100% if the caps were flared a bit in the last 1/16 inch. Right now success requires close to perfect alignment with the main body but that is not real so some sort of beveling would be good. The cap could be flared a little right at the edge and the main body could be cut to length with a blade angled so as to create a slight bevel so the body is more likely to slide into the cap instead of crushing the cap.

Frustrating. I understand that inventory can fluctuate, however, if an item is not in stock, the customer should be made aware prior to placing the order. Or if it is not known until after the order is placed, the customer should be emailed or receive notice the item is not in stock and a time frame to receive the order
