We try our best to make sure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase, but we know that is not always the case. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we will happily accept it back. Your order will be refunded within 10 days after we receive the product back minus shipping costs.
*Free returns are only applicable within the continental United States. Unfortunately we cannot offer them internationally.
If we shipped your order for free, then you will need to pay to ship it back to us.
If you paid the initial shipping charge, then we will cover the return shipping charge.
Opened Products
Unfortunately, if the seals have been broken on the products you purchased, we cannot accept a return. We offer all of our products in low quantities, so if you are unsure if you will like the product we recommend purchasing a small quantity to try it out.
Returns must be sent back in original packaging and unused.
No Restocking Fees
A lot of companies charge their customers a restocking fee to discourage them from returning their products. We think that is a really unfair practice, so we will never charge you a restocking fee on your returns.
How To Return A Product
1. Email help@herbaffair.com to start a return.
2. Follow instructions for the return.
3. Print out your return label and place it on the return package. Please make sure you pack the products safely in your return package so they don't get damaged in transit.
4. Give the package to your local USPS mail carrier or drop it off at any USPS location.
5. We will notify you once your return has been processed. This usually takes between 48-72 hours after we receive the product.
6. If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
International Returns
Unfortunately, due to shipping costs and customs fees it is usually not cost effective to return a product from outside the United States. If you would like to return a product from outside the United States please contact our Customer Support Team or click here to start a return.
