Mushroom coffees are instant or low-grade grounds. Yours is whatever you already love. SUNUP goes into that.
Most mushroom coffees are 35 to 50 mg. SUNUP is zero, so your cup is exactly as strong as you make it.

Most functional mushroom products hide the amounts inside a "blend". We think that's backwards. If you're going to stir something into your coffee every morning, you should know how much of each thing is in the scoop. So the four mushrooms are listed by weight, and the cacao and cinnamon are too.
The mushrooms are whole-mushroom powders, fruiting body and mycelium together, not an extract dressed up as a whole food. They're grown, harvested, processed and tested in Vista, California, by a certified organic grower whose Lion's Mane was the subject of a published, placebo-controlled human trial in 2026. We'll link you to the paper if you ask.
What that does not mean: it does not mean a scoop of SUNUP matches the dose in that trial, which used two grams of Lion's Mane a day. A scoop has 750 mg. We'd rather you know that than find out later.
Nobody else in this category writes this part down. We'd rather you buy a bag knowing it than return one surprised.
There's no caffeine in it. Your coffee does that part. If you want a jolt, make your coffee stronger; SUNUP won't add one.
Whole mushroom leaves a little at the bottom of the cup. That's the mushroom, not filler. Stir, or swirl the last sip. A frother makes a cleaner cup if that bothers you.
The people who notice something tend to notice it around week three or four, and it's subtle. Finish the bag before you judge it. If you've finished it and feel nothing, you have 90 days to tell us and we refund you.
It's food. The mushrooms in it have been studied for things like attention and stamina, and the honest summary of that research is "promising, modest, and still early." The full disclaimer is at the bottom of the page because the law puts it there, and because it's true.

No. There's no coffee and no caffeine in the bag. SUNUP is the mushroom part, made to go into the coffee you already drink. You can also stir it into hot water, tea or milk if you'd rather.
A little. It tastes like cacao with a hint of cinnamon, so a black cup comes out tasting faintly like a mocha. Most people stop noticing after a few days. If you take your coffee black and bitter and want it to stay that way, this will soften it.
That's the mushroom. Whole-mushroom powder doesn't fully dissolve the way an extract does. Stir again or swirl the last sip. A handheld frother for ten seconds gives the cleanest cup.
