What’s the difference between size 0, 00?

The different size Capsule-It Pro Series machines are made to fit the identical size capsules. For example, size 0 empty capsules will fit with the size 0 Capsule-It, and so on. If you are unsure of which size capsule you need, size 00 is the most popular because it can fit a good amount of ingredients, while still being easy for most people to swallow.

Below are the average mg of powder that will fit in each size. The more dense the powder is (think salt), the more you will be able to fit in each capsule. While the more fluffy the powder is (think flour), the less you'll be able to fit in each capsule.


Size 00 = 600-1100 mg (0.6g - 1.1g)

Size 0 = 400-800mg (0.4g - 0.8g)

*Please make sure when placing your order that you purchase the same size Capsule-It and empty capsules. Different sizes will not be compatable with each other.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped within one business day. Most orders placed before 10pm CST Monday thru Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Can you use different size capsules in the same machine?

No, the machine is not universal to different sizes. You would need to order a different size Capsule-It for each size that you want to fill.

Unfortunately, because the holes in the Capsule-It need to be very precise to the size capsules being used, using different size capsules with the same hole size would cause a really big mess. Something you would definitley not enjoy cleaning up.

Can you use this to create oil filled capsules?

Yes, you can use the Capsule-It to fill oil in capsules. Be careful when closing the capsules together, so no oil spills.

What size capsule will I need to fill approximately 1 1/2 teaspoons in each capsule?

You will need multiple capsules per dose for that amount. Our largest size capsule, size 000, will fit approximately 1/2 teaspoon per capsule, so you would need 3 size 000 capsules for 1.5 teaspoons.

The first 2 batches of filling was not successful. When I put the tops on, I was pushing and holding down the springs in the body filler and the tops were not securing and going on straight… Then I figured out to press straight down and bounce the springs 2 or 3 times firmly in the body filler and the tops connected successfully.

As described. Much faster than the 100 device. Make sure you use your palm to push down on the bare tops after the top plate is removed TWICE to avoid surprises. I find getting the tops all situated before situating the bottoms and filling them to be easier.. Make sure you order seperated capsules with different top and bottom colors other than clear or black to save your sanity..
