I was very happy to find a well priced option for separated capsules. Normally it has been that a product manufacturer would make something for their own stuff that was proprietary and ill priced. But Herb Affair has done otherwise!
These separated caps will end on step of the process. I haven’t used it yet because I was in the hospital. Brain slowly coming online. I’m struggling with eating right now.
Overall this is a great product. Works better than I expected. Made over 1000 pills without any issues. It takes about 10 minutes per 100 pills. Much longer with my 3 year old helping me…😊 I ended up finding a YouTube video for guidance.
I have liked the 00 for awhile and added the single 0 to my setup. Unfortunately when I make these capsules I loose about 10% of the capsules to the caps and bodies not coming together right and breaking. I can recover most of the powder and add it to the next batch before tossing the broken capsules. The ones that do come together right are great.
Instead of supporting big pharma, I'm excited to make my own anti-inflammatory supplements. After living in debilitating neck and arm pain for years, I asked my neurologist what I could do that was not "pharmaceutical." She suggested an anti-inflammatory diet, in which the basis included gluten-free, no processed sugar, and taking turmeric and ginger supplements. Since I have a freeze dryer, I FD'd fresh organic turmeric and ginger, powdered it with a bit of organic black pepper and made size 0 casules. I take one with breakfast and one after dinner--for almost two years now. With the modified diet and physical therapy, I no longer have pain and can sleep through the night. Thank you Herb Affair!
So I was wrong again. I make my own supplement and I use only Herb Affair capsules. Guess I use them cause I love using quality products, they do the job they were make to do and they do it well. best thing to do is buy some and give them a try. If you’re not happy with them talk to the guys and see what they say. Thanks guys.

I absolutely love the capsule machines. I have both 0 and 00. We make our own potassium, magnesium, NAC, C, etc. This saves me so much time, and it is truly easy & fun to use! I recommend it highly!!!

I never gave a lot of thought to capsule quality until they were out of stock and I needed to order some from Amazon. I experienced cracked capsules and a couple of crushed capsules when capping which I never experience with the herb affair brand. They are superior.

I used off brand from Amazon when Herb Affair was out of stock of size 0 and had a few caps that bent instead of sealing or cracked. Never have that problem with Herb Affair brand.
These capsules are great. They are not too big to swallow yet they hold a good amount of my home-grown and foraged, freeze-dried medicinal plants. When they were shipped in an envelope, I did have some that didn't form correctly in the machine. But, when they shipped in a box, they are perfect. I imagine because they haven't been squashed.
