My last order of empty capsules were smashed, and misshapen. They would not operate properly with my capsule machine. They were bent so they would get stuck in the frame plate, I had to use a wood stick to manually push most of them down, greatly increasing the time spent on making them. Also due to the misshapen capsules they leaked powder causing waste. And when I pressed them there were a lot of broken capsules that spilled.

We run a small business making Moringa Capsules and We chose your company after I had been using them for personal use for several months. The quality is great they are not thin and springy like some other companies we have tried in the past. The only issue I did have was last week one of our orders came in an envelope and it caused the capsules to be oblong so they would stick in the holes while I was loading the empty capsules. It was not a huge big deal as I survived lol. 😂 I also have the capsule-IT machine and I love it. Very easy to use. Thank you for the video Tutorial it helps so much.
I was very satisfied with this product when I initially bought the package which included the pill maker I tried a cheaper capsule but the quality wasn't as good I had over 100 pills I know to mess up but after I got through with the herb affair capsules the first time I had nothing to mess up so I went back to herb affair with this order I think I may have had two pills to not press right and I think it was more my fault than anything just being honest about the thing I won't be buying capsules from anybody else the quality is A1 with herb affair so don't waste your time buying from other people it may be cheaper just a little bit but the classic saying of you get what you pay for is accurate in this case very accurate
You guys Shorted me 66 capsule bodies, the caps are 1000 plus but that doesn’t do me any good you need to make good on the bodies !

I had about 10 or so that were defective. The rest ran pretty smooth. The capsules are lightweight when ingesting. I take 6 at a time with no issues.

This is my first time to make my own pills. I was a little reluctant to do it, but I was really excited that I had such a great experience. The pills held up very well. I made over 900 pills and had three duds the entire time. I would say that is excellent quality. And, honestly, I think one of those duds was my fault. I wish rather than 1000 pills, they would sin like 1020 pills or 1010 pills so that there was room for error. Because I really don’t know what to do if I don’t have 100 pills to put into the machine to make 100 pills. I’m sure I would just make a mess if I used like 80 or 90 pills. I just ordered 3000 more of these and look forward to making my own pills in the future. I spoke this message, so please disregard any grammatical or spelling errors.

When buying in bulk, you can expect to have something damaged. No capsule I have found has been damaged or not useable. I will definitely buy more when needed.

We found a great local butcher that sells organic grass fed grass finished beef liver. So I figured I would give making my own beef liver capsules a shot. It’s so easy! Yes they can. We cannot guarantee they will work with every oil, but we have found that they hold up well with most oils.
