So in theory this is an excellent idea for filling capsules. However I have not had a very great experience. Putting the empty capsules into the tray is definitely not as easy as the guy shows it on the video. Then once they are full putting the caps on is impossible. They don't line up they smash the other side of the capsule I end up doing it all by hand and the last time I did it I just dumped them all out and said forget it. So in theory good actually pulling it off not good

I had been looking at buying this item for a long time. I decided to purchase it, and I am most certainly glad I did. I was intimidated at first and I messed up a couple the first two rounds but now I got the hang of it. So quick and easy.

Okay, so first, its a little difficult separating all the caps but thats not the products fault just a gripe in general haha its an amazing product
I'm actually quite dissapointed that you have not answered me on the fact that my last order was supposed to have the capsule kit of size "0", a bag of Turmeric and Black Pepper and a kitchen scale. I had to correct my order twice at checkout because your website kept changing it to size "00". On my third time correcting it I made sure at check out that my order was correct. For some reason you STILL sent me the size "00"! I already have size "00" capsule filler!! I do not need 2 of them. I need to return the wrong one you sent me and exchange it for the correct size that I intentionally ordered!!! A Size "0" capsule filler. If you do that for me I will be happy. Otherwise I think I will need to take my business elsewhere if you can't even answer a simple email with a simple problem!!!!

I do love being able to load 100 capsules. Although loading tops and bottoms is clumsy and shaking them, doesn’t work that well. It’s better just to place them in the holes, but it is a really good thing to be able to load the top capsules then flip it upside down push it down and your capsules are loaded
